Most of us have never stopped to think about what happens between the time we click ‘checkout’ on an online shopping cart and the parcel being handed to us on our doorstep, sometimes as soon as the next day. We set out to find out a little about the mystery behind the magic by speaking to some of the Ninjas who make it happen. Here’s what we learnt.
