It’s almost the end of 2020, and that means we’re entering the phase of intense year-end shopping season - 11.11, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, 12.12, Christmas, and New Year sales.
Coupled with high parcel volumes with more people shopping online in this new normal, we foresee that our parcel volume forecast will achieve a new record high.
In adherence to the current extension of the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) until 31 December 2020, Ninja Van Malaysia has been operating based on the guidelines set out by the government. Given the restrictions and impact on air cargo, we will be experiencing a delay in our parcel deliveries, especially those destined for East Malaysia.
Your patience is very much appreciated while we continue to do our utmost to deliver your parcels on time.
The following is a reminder of some temporary operational changes during this peak season:
Extended Delivery Window: 8am to 10pm
Delivery on Off Days: Fridays for Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu; Sunday for the rest of the states
Extended pick-up time slots to 3 hours, in anticipation of delays due to increased pick-up loads
Extended delivery SLAs by 1 day
Temporary cessation of same-day reservations in order to facilitate pick-ups
