The Philippines government has restricted the movement of parcels and non-essentials following the announcement of an enhanced community quarantine in Luzon to prevent the further spread of COVID-19. In light of this, Ninja Van Philippines has made the difficult decision to extend the suspension of all pick-up and delivery services in Luzon indefinitely, beginning March 18, 2020.
This means that we will not be able to provide pick-up and delivery services in Luzon until further notice. However, our operations remain business-as-usual outside Luzon.
All existing orders in our facilities will be put on hold and will be scheduled for delivery once the community quarantine has been lifted.
