Ninja Send is a delivery service which comes with free parcel pick-up. We collect parcels in Makati within 90 minutes and deliver to anywhere in Philippines at affordable rates.

 

  • WHY USE NINJA SEND?

Ninja Send offers a cash-on-delivery option. Plus you get free parcel pickups on time, all the time.

 

  • WHAT ARE OUR OPERATING HOURS?

You can arrange for a parcel pick-up 7 days a week, from 10am - 7pm.

 

  • HOW LONG DOES NINJA Van TAKE TO DELIVER MY PARCELS?

Delivery times take 1-3 days depending on the origin and destination.

 

  • WHICH AREAS DO WE PICK-UP PARCELS FROM?

We currently only pick-up parcels from within Makati.

 

  • WHICH AREAS DO WE DELIVER TO?

We deliver to anywhere in the Philippines.

 

  • WHAT CAN I SEND USING NINJA SEND?

Ninja Send can be used to send parcels which do not exceed the maximum size of 70cm x 50cm x 50cm or the maximum weight of 30kg. We also do not accept unprocessed goods, food or beverages that require refrigeration or special handling, alcoholic beverages, medicines, jewelry, cash or other items prohibited by law of the Republic of Indonesia.

 

  • WHAT IF MY PARCEL(S) IS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING THE DELIVERY?

In the event of a loss or damage, please contact our customer service by sending an email to support_ph@ninjavan.co or call us at +632 729 9365. Please also include your name, contact number and parcel tracking ID. Ninja Van is subject to a maximum liability per parcel of up to 10X delivery fees in cases of loss or damage. 

 

  • HOW DO I PAY FOR THE NINJA SEND SERVICE?

We currently only accept cash payment upon collection of your parcel by our drivers.
