1. Qualification period: 12 Aug 2022 - 31 October 2022

2. Result Announcement: November 2022

3. Applied for: Ninja Retail's Partners whose FTB is before 01 August 2022

4. Prize Structure:

• For each region (North and South), there are 3 prizes for top 3 partners with the highest volume growth.
• Prize value:
  • First Prize: 50,000,000 VND
  • Second Prize: 30,000,000 VND
  • Third Prize: 20,000,000 VND

5. Requirement:

• The winners are selected based on their volume growth in comparison with the based month.
• Volume* growth (Parcels quantity growth) = (Volume* from August 2022 to October 2022) - (Volume* in July 2022).
• Note: Volume is defined as the number of pick up parcels, excluding canceled ones.

6. Terms and Conditions:

• The based month to identify the volume is July.
• Partners' region is the Partners' address shown on the contract.

(North: From Ha Giang to Thua Thien Hue, South: From Da Nang to Ca Mau)**

• Volume is the number of parcels picked within the contest duration and excluding the canceled orders.
• In case partners have the same volume growth, their revenue (within the contest duration) will be considered as the basis for the award consideration. Revenue is determined as the monthly reconciliation amount which is paid to Ninja Van during the contest time.
• Ninja Van reserves the right to check and evaluate the validity of shipper accounts or volume related to partners participating in the contest. Any shipper accounts or volumes of these partners that are found to be in violation of the provisions set forth in the contract will be deemed invalid and will not be counted.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the terms and conditions of the contest, Ninja Van's decision is the final and binding, which does not impact on the rights specified in the contract signed previously.
• The Partners who win the contest must pay Personal Tax Income followed Vietnamese law.
