Regarding the Discontinuation of Express Logistics Service in Vietnam

We would like to officially announce that, effective September 30, 2025, Ninja Van Vietnam will discontinue operations of its Express Logistics service. This is a strategic decision to reallocate resources and focus on developing a new logistics service model that is better aligned with the Ninja Van Group’s long-term direction and the evolving needs of the market.

Ninja Van will continue to maintain its presence in Vietnam through other service lines, ensuring stable and seamless operations to meet the needs of customers and partners.

During this transition period, Ninja Van Vietnam commits to:

Completing all existing shipments currently in the system.
Maintaining customer service operations until the transition process is fully completed, according to the roadmap communicated to relevant parties.
Fulfilling all obligations regarding reconciliation and payments with customers and partners.
Ensuring fairness and transparency in all processes, with the goal of creating solutions that serve the interests of all stakeholders – from customers and partners to employees.
