You can visit the "Unclaimed Parcels List" page to look up your parcel information, If your order is listed there and the minimum storage period has not yet expired, you may contact Ninja Van via the email address support_vn@ninjavan.co for assistance in processing your retrieval request. Please note: the person requesting and physically receiving the returned items must be the operational contact registered by the shop owner with Ninja Van.
Please draft an email with the following content to be sent to "support_vn@ninjavan.co" with the details below:
- Email subject: Retrieving Returned Goods at Warehouse
- Email content: Attach a copy of your ID (CCCD) and the list or tracking IDs you wish to retrieve
