Pick up your parcels at your convenience with Ninja Collect
How does it work?
Before collecting your parcel
- Once your parcel is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS or email from us.
- Depending on your selected pick-up point, the message will contain either a 4-digit One-Time Password (OTP) or a QR code, which you will need to collect your parcel.
- Proceed to the Ninja Point or Ninja Box you selected at checkout.
When collecting your parcel
At Ninja Points:
- Provide your name and Tracking ID to the staff at the Ninja Point.
- Check the parcel information to ensure you are receiving the correct parcel.
- Provide the OTP to the Ninja Point staff for confirmation.
At Ninja Boxes:
- Scan the QR code sent to you or enter your Tracking ID to collect your parcel.
- Proceed to the locker number shown on the screen.
- Collect your parcel from the locker.
