What are your rates?

Our rates depend on the size and weight of your product and the complexity of the packing process (eg. if the item is fragile). Please fill in our form with your product details and our team will send you a customised quote.

Does fulfilment also involve item pickups / deliveries?

Our fulfilment service doesn’t include pickups or deliveries, however we do offer them as a separate service. Please check out our last mile delivery service for more information.

Can I use my own packaging with Ninja Van fulfilment service?

Of course! We work with many brands who prefer to use their own branded packaging. Simply speak to our fulfilment team for a quote and arrange for the packaging to be sent to our fulfilment centre.

How can I ensure that my entire shipment is received correctly?

Please file an inbound request ahead of time so that we can prepare to receive your shipment. Our Inbound Team will check the goods that arrive at the warehouse, and we will update you regarding the status of your shipment. If the received goods are different from the inbound request or if there are damages, your account manager / our customer support staff will reach out to you regarding the next steps. 

How long does it take to process my shipment?

Our standard SLA is between 1 to 2 days for us to process your shipment for inbound before it is ready for orders.


We offer same-day outbound for orders placed before:

Malaysia - 2PM

Indonesia - 4PM

Singapore - 2PM

Vietnam - 2PM

Philippines - 2PM


What must I do before sending my products for storage?

For stocks to be accepted into the warehouse, it must first be a registered SKU in our system. If not, you may request to create SKUs to our fulfilment team. 


Secondly, an inbound request must be made.

Who do I need to notify when sending my products?

There’s no need to notify anybody as long as an inbound request is made. However, you may wish to contact our fulfilment team for any concerns regarding receiving your shipment.

What online platforms can your WMS integrate with?

Currently, in Singapore, we can integrate with major marketplaces in Southeast Asia, including Shopee, Shopify, Lazada, TikTok Shop, eBay and Zalora.


For integration to other platforms including your own website, we will need to request this to our tech team.

What are the billing terms?

If you have a signed fulfilment onboarding contract, kindly check your onboarding contract on agreed billing terms. We offer monthly billing cycles.

Are my products required to have a Barcode/QR code?

Yes, a barcode is required for all products stored in our warehouse. However, if there is no existing barcode, we can do this for you.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched /delivered?

You may see statuses of your orders on the Warehouse Management System (WMS), under the orders tab.

How can I see my current inventory on-hand?

You may see it on the Warehouse Management System (WMS), under the inventory tab.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched once created?

Please allow 1 business day for us to prepare your order. After which, standard courier lead times apply.

What if my order was lost/damaged?

We will launch an investigation. Our warehouse is equipped with security cameras and our customer support team will follow up with you for each incident. 

Are you limited to using Ninja Van Courier Only?

No, we can accommodate pickups by your preferred couriers. However, with Ninja Van as courier, everything is already integrated which means less hassle for you!

How will returns be handled?

Our fulfilment warehouse offers return services. However, return charges and RTS fees of couriers will still be in effect.
