Ninja Flexi International Delivery Terms And Conditions
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NINJA FLEXI INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
1. Service Coverage & Restrictions
i. No proof of delivery (POD) is provided unless requested as a value-added service.
ii. All countries: Amazon warehouse addresses and military addresses are not accepted.
iii. Some territories and remote areas may incur additional charges or be restricted/unserviceable.
iv. Country-specific restrictions apply (e.g., no sensitive lane available for Chile, Colombia).
2. Declared Value & Customs Compliance
i. Each country has a maximum allowable declared value limit (e.g., USD 800 for the U.S., 150 Euros for the EU).
ii. Customers must declare true product values and descriptions to avoid penalties, delays, or confiscations.
iii. Customs duties, taxes, and fees are borne by the sender/recipient based on local regulations.
3. Prohibited & Restricted Goods
i. All countries do not accept any branded products, do not accept goods involving the exclusive rights of logos, and do not accept any infringing products with designs, brands, logos, and international cartoon characters. Such as team clubs, associations and other graphic logos and text goods.
ii. Brand name can refer to the Intellectual Property Rights Customs Recording Network. For information on filing and authorization, please consult our Customer Service or Business Manager. However, in the end, the actual result of the local customs certification shall prevail.
iii. All countries do not accept contraband such as pure electricity, liquid powder guns and ammunition; the United States, Mexico, and South America cannot send sunglasses, and non-infringing sunglasses in other countries can be sent.
iv. Batteries, liquids, powders, and sensitive items are subject to country-specific packaging and transportation rules.
4. Item Limitation
i. All countries are limited to one item per shipment, multiple items will not be accepted.
5. Delivery Address Requirements
i. PO Box addresses are generally not accepted (exceptions apply).
ii. Accurate recipient information, including full name and contact details, is mandatory.
iii. Remote area surcharges may apply.
iv. Mexico: The recipient's address can be changed for free within two times; additional fee HKD29/parcel will be charged if adjustment is more than two times. If the package fails to be delivered within 30 days after the package is sent, it will be automatically arranged to be re-sent three times.
v. Japan and United States: Delivery to remote areas is not available. Remote area postal codes will automatically be rejected during the order creation process.
6. Other Requirements
i. The carrier is not liable for damages resulting from inadequate packaging, misdeclarations, customs rejections, or force majeure events.
ii. The sender is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and for any fines or penalties incurred due to non-compliance.
iii. Better to provide sales link and customs code in order to facilitate customs clearance process.
iv. The declaration of product name cannot be a major category, it must be a specific product name. For example, cannot only declare as electronic accessories or parts etc.
v. If multiple packages are sent to the same recipient and the same receiving address on the same day, the declared value will be accumulated, and the accumulated declared value cannot exceed the maximum declared value limit of the country (customer liable for the tax and VAT if concealed declarations)
vi. For taxes or other fines/additional fees arising from low declarations determined by customs inspection, including but not limited to the following points, Ninja has the right to charge relevant fees to client:
A) Due to customs inspection, customs directly requires the recipient of the package to provide inspection-related information to the customs system, eventually customs add extra taxes of the packet
B) The declared value of the package cannot reflect the actual value by the customs, but the declared value is still within the tariff-free quota. The customs will charge VAT according to the higher value, while the package VAT is paid by YunExpress.
vii. For fragile items such as ceramics, glassware, special plastic crafts, etc., if customers do want to ship them, it is required to take their own protective measures to reduce the risk of damage to the goods, Ninja do not bear the compensation for damage to the goods in transit. To minimize deformation/damage during transit operations, customers may consider surround the inside of the packaging with shockproof material, using separate shockproof materials such as foam or bubble wrap for each fragile item, and labeling fragile items with fragile labels and packing them in cardboard boxes.
viii. The name of the declared recipient should not contain the name of the company, such as: Gmbh, kft, SRL, Ltd. If it contains these words, it may be defined by the customs as a B2B model during the import declaration and required to pay customs duties.
ix. If the package incurs abnormal expenses (including but not limited to taxes, fines, destruction fees, etc.) due to non-compliance such as high price and under-declaration, shipment of contraband, inconsistent declaration, infringement, etc., the specific judgment will be based on the actual judgment of the local customs. The fee will be collected from the sender later.
7. Delivery of the Parcel
i. Ninja will notify the Recipient if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the Recipient’s absence. Ninja shall perform a second and third attempt to deliver the relevant Parcel.
ii. If the third attempt fails to be delivered due to address problems, the recipient not being home, etc., Ninja reserves the right to dispose of the Parcel and will be considered to have fulfilled its delivery obligations, and retains full discretion not to refund the Fees.
iii. Chile: Re-delivery service for overseas returns is not provided. For parcels that fail to be delivered due to address problems, the recipient is not at home, etc., it will be defaulted recipient abandon the parcel, and no compensation will be provided.
iv. Japan: If the delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to our overseas warehouse, the package will be kept for free for 14 days. If we are not notified of the handling opinion after 14 days, it will be destroyed by default.
v. Mexico: The re-delivery period is 15 days, that is, after notifying the customer that the package is returned, the customer can choose to re-delivery within 15 days; if there is no reply within 15 days, the package will be destroyed by default.
vi. Other countries: The re-delivery period is 14 days from the date when the customer is notified of the return of the package, the customer can choose to re-delivery within 14 days; if there is no reply within 14 days, the package will be destroyed by default.

1. Firearms (including imitations and main parts) and ammunition

b. Ammunition (including imitations): such as bullets, bombs, grenades, rockets, flares, incendiary bombs, smoke (fog) bombs, signal bombs, tear gas bombs, gas bombs, land mines, grenades, artillery shells, gunpowder, etc.
2. Control equipment, offensive weapons
a. Controlled knives: such as daggers, three-sided scrapers, switch knives with self-locking devices (jumping knives), other similar single-edged, double-edged, three-sided sharp knives, butterfly knives, switch knives, folding knives, military knives, samurai knives, control knives, etc.
b. Others: such as crossbow, tear gas, tear gas gun, electric shock device, iron lotus, police baton, electric baton, telescopic stick, finger tiger, nunchaku, etc.
3. Flammable and explosive materials

4. Compressed and liquefied gases and their containers
a. Flammable gases: such as hydrogen, methane, ethane, butane, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, ethylene, propylene, acetylene, lighters, etc.
b. Toxic gases: such as carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, chlorine, etc.
c. Explosive or suffocating, combustion-supporting gas: such as compressed oxygen, nitrogen, helium, neon, aerosol, etc.
5. Plants and plant products
a. Flowers, fruits, vegetables, seeds, plant specimens, pine cones, etc
6. Animals and animal products
a. Shells, crabs, Animal specimens, Furs, etc.
7. Any medicines、Medical devices

9. Pure battery and mobile power
a. Each package of supporting batteries cannot exceed 2 batteries, and any form of mobile power is not accepted.
10. Illegal forgery
a. Such as counterfeit or altered currency, certificates, official seals, etc.
11. Infringement of intellectual property rights and counterfeit and shoddy goods
a. Infringement of intellectual property rights: such as infringement of patent rights, trademark rights, copyrights of books, audio-visual products, etc., infringement includes appearance infringement and trademark infringement.
b. Counterfeit and shoddy: such as fake and shoddy food, medicine, children's products, electronic products, cosmetics, textiles, etc.
12. Toxic substances
a. Such as arsenic, arsenic trioxide, mercury compounds, thallium compounds, cyanides, selenium powder, phenol, mercury, highly toxic pesticides, etc.
13. Corrosive substance
a. Such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, storage batteries, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, etc.
14. Drugs and drug use tools, narcotics and psychotropic substances for illicit purposes, precursor chemicals for illicit purposes
