What makes Ninja Van different for local Singapore deliveries?

Ninja Van provides reliable door-to-door parcel delivery across Singapore with real-time tracking for businesses and individuals. Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Please note that certain areas fall under restricted delivery zones. Can I ship internationally from Singapore using Ninja Van?

Ninja Van offers international delivery to selected destinations, with customs clearance support to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shipping experience.

How do I schedule a pickup or drop-off with Ninja Van in Singapore?

In Singapore, you can schedule a pickup when creating your order through Ninja Dashboard, Ninja Flexi, or the Shopify plugin. Pickups are available by date (9am–10pm). Timeslot selection is only offered to selected shippers. For drop-offs, you can use any of the Ninja Points located across Singapore.

Is return-to-sender (RTS) supported for unsuccessful deliveries in Singapore? How does it work?

If a delivery fails, Ninja Van will attempt delivery up to three times. After three unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be returned to the sender (RTS).

What sustainability initiatives does Ninja Van offer?

Ninja Van supports eco-friendly logistics through 100% biodegradable and incineration-safe Eco Ninja Packs. Most of our vans are electric, and in our warehouses we use metal cages and reuse pallets to reduce waste.

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged during delivery?

If you are a shipper, you can file a claim through Ninja Van’s support channels. All claims are reviewed using parcel tracking data and warehouse security checks to ensure a fair resolution. If you are a recipient, please contact the shipper directly to file your complaint.

How do I spot or avoid parcel scams that use Ninja Van branding?

Be cautious of unexpected payment requests or suspicious tracking links. Always verify parcel details through the official Ninja Van website or app, and report suspected scams to our customer service team.
