What you can do at a Ninja Point
Embark on a more convenient and flexible way to collect, send or return your parcels at Ninja Van’s Ninja Points. Fit your delivery requirements around your schedule and never miss a delivery or pickup again. Also known as a Pick Up Drop Off (PUDO) point, these are typically shops such as minimarts, convenience stores or mama shops. With more than 1,000 Ninja Points islandwide, you will be sure to find a Ninja Point within a stone’s throw from your location.

How do I collect a parcel?
Collect a Parcel from a Ninja Point
1. Receive OTP from Ninja Van
Once your parcel is ready for collection, you will either receive a 6-digit one-time password (OTP) or a QR code.
2. Check your notifications
You will receive your OTP or QR code through SMS, your social network service (SNS) of choice or your email. If you have subscribed to NinjaChat, the OTP or QR code will be sent to Facebook Messenger, LINE, Telegram or Viber, depending on your choice of platform.
3. Show your OTP to the Ninja Point owner
Visit the Ninja Point you have selected* and show the store owner your tracking ID and OTP or QR code to receive your parcel.

How do I send a parcel?
Send a Parcel at a Ninja Point
1. Create order
Ensure orders have been created before dropping off your parcel at a Ninja Point*. Tip: Visit your account history to check if your order has been created, or head to Ninja Van's tracking page and enter your tracking ID.
2. Ensure that your parcel adheres to PUDO weight and dimension requirements
Parcels have to be ≤ to 5 kg as well as < 80cm (L+W+H).
Kindly note that parcels which do not adhere to these requirements will be rejected at the Ninja Point.
3. A unique tracking label must be printed and affixed on each parcel
Here are some tips to ensure a smooth parcel transaction:
- Airway bills should be non-reflective
- The barcode and QR code must be clearly visible
- The airway bill should be of an appropriate size, preferably A5

How do I return a parcel?
Return a Parcel at a Ninja Point
1. Remove the old airway bill from the parcel
Remove the old airway bill and ensure that your return parcel is packed and sealed securely. Each parcel requires a unique return airway bill.
2. Ensure that your parcel adheres to PUDO weight and dimension requirements
Parcels have to be ≤ to 5 kg as well as < 80cm (L+W+H).
Kindly note that parcels which do not adhere to these requirements will be rejected at the Ninja Point.
3. Show your return tracking ID to the Ninja Point owner
On the Ninja Points map, tick the box stating "Return a parcel" only to find a Ninja Point in your vicinity. Visit the Ninja Point and show your return tracking ID/QR Code to the Ninja Point owner. Tip: You can check if your tracking ID is valid on Ninja Van's tracking page.
