I did not receive my parcel, but the order status shows 'Delivered'. What should I do?

Don't panic just yet! Here’s what you can do before contacting our Customer Service Ninjas:


  • Did a friendly neighbour or family member accept the parcel on your behalf? Check if someone else signed for it.
  • Is your delivery address accurate? Check that you’ve entered the correct address.
  • If it's a work or condo address, check with security or reception. They might be holding on to your package.


Still can't locate your package? Contact our Customer Service Ninjas within 7 days to launch an investigation. Include the following information:


  1. Tracking ID
  2. Brand of the item(s)
  3. Quantity
  4. Colour of the item(s)
