How do I start shipping with my registered Prepaid Lite account?
It depends on whether you are shipping with:
- Your own packaging - Top up a preferred amount into your Ninja Wallet, Create a Regular Order here. For more help, refer to Dashboard Support.
- Ninja Pack - Purchase Ninja Packs on packs.ninjavan.co, Create a Ninja Pack Order here. For more help, refer to How to Use Ninja Packs Guide.

How do I make payment for my delivery orders?
Payment will be deducted with the credits deposited into your account.
The credits in Ninja Wallet can be used for Standard Delivery (1- 3 days anytime), and Return Pick Up. You may make a top up to your Ninja Wallet here.
For Ninja Pack delivery orders, you will not be required to use Ninja Wallet. The delivery fee is absorbed in the purchase of Ninja Packs. You may purchase Ninja Packs via our online store, Lazada or Shopee.
Can I arrange for Cash on Delivery(COD) service with my Lite account?
Yes, you may! A $1 fee + GST or 3% fee + GST (whichever is higher) will be charged for every Regular order with COD service.
Our finance team will consolidate all Regular Orders’ COD collections at the beginning of the following month and will reach out to you via email for your verification. Upon your confirmation, the COD amount will be reflected in your bank account within the next 3 working days.
