How it works

1. Choose the pickup date when you’re creating your order on our Ninja Dashboard.
   • Pickups will take place between 9am to 10pm on the selected day.
   • Note that you may not choose a pickup on the same day on order creation.
2. Ensure that each parcel is labelled with a shipping label/air waybill.
3. Simply pass your parcel(s) to our driver when they arrive. They will scan and register your parcel.

Additional surcharge

There’s a $5 surcharge for pickups of less than 5 parcels per trip. You may choose to drop off your parcel(s) to avoid the surcharge, and use the pickup service when you are sending more parcels.

Ninja Packs shipments

Ninja Packs shipments are not eligible for pickups. You will need to drop off your parcel(s) instead.
