Terms of service
To ensure a seamless shipping experience, kindly take note of the list of our Restricted Zones and ensure your parcels are packaged according to Ninja Van's Packaging Guidelines.
- Items that are inappropriately packaged or labelled may be delayed and will also be subject to relabelling and/or repackaging by Ninja Van at your cost. Ninja Van reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is inappropriately packaged or labelled.
- Maximum weight of 30kg, up to 300cm sum of dimensions = (L + W + H), with each side not exceeding 150cm.
- Pick up reservations must be booked at least 1 working day in advance, subject to 1 pickup per address per day. There is a minimum pickup surcharge of SGD 5 (before GST) applicable for each pickup of fewer than 5 parcels per location. Otherwise, pickup is free. For fewer than 5 parcels, we encourage you to drop your parcels off at our Ninja Points.
- Claims for missing or damaged parcels are to be submitted to Ninja Van within 30 days of order creation, or 7 days from successful delivery of order, whichever is earlier. Any claims received after this period will not be processed.
- Ninja Van's standard liability for any loss of or damage to delivery items shall be limited to the value of the delivery item or SGD 100 per parcel, whichever is lower. Additional coverage above SGD 100 indicated during order creation will be charged at an additional 1.2% of indicated insured value, up to SGD 2,000.
