Chinese New Year 2026: Delivery Schedule & Cut-off Dates
Dear Valued Customers,
to ensure your shipments arrive on time for the upcoming Chinese New Year festivities, please take note of our holiday operational schedule.
The following cut-off dates and procedures apply to both Last-mile Delivery and Ninja Cold services. We encourage all shippers to plan their handovers according to the service types below to ensure delivery by 16 February 2026 (CNY Eve).
Important Notices: Shipping Cut-off Dates
Please be advised that any orders posted or picked up after the following dates will be processed and delivered on a best-effort basis, subject to volume and holiday constraints:
- West Malaysia (Last-mile Delivery):
- Standard Delivery: 12 February 2026
- Next Day Delivery: 13 February 2026
- Same Day Delivery: 14 February 2026
- East Malaysia (Last-mile Delivery): 9 February 2026
- Ninja Cold: 10 February 2026
Resumption of Operations
- Last-mile Delivery: Operations will resume on 18 February 2026.
- Ninja Cold: Operations will resume on 19 February 2026.
