Hassle-free Pickup and Drop-off

As part of our commitment to provide hassle-free end-to-end parcel delivery, we’ve built an extensive network of pickup and drop-off (PUDO) points (AKA Ninja Points) in addition to our door-to-door courier pick-up service. To provide maximum convenience for shippers all over Malaysia, we’ve partnered with over 5,500 businesses across the peninsula so that shippers can send and return parcels near their homes or offices. There are two types of Ninja Points under our pickup and drop-off partnership programme: branded and non-branded

Below are the different services provided at our Ninja Points. Please note that some services like parcel returns or purchasing of Ninja Packs are only available at some points (mostly branded Ninja Points).

Send a parcel

Visit any Ninja Point and ship parcels nationwide. Ninja Lite or Ninja Pro account holders can choose to drop off their parcel at the closest Ninja Point without having to wait in line.

Collect your parcel

Collect your parcels from Ninja Points nationwide closest to you at your convenience. Waiting around for deliveries is a thing of the past.

Ninja Points serve as a drop-off point for you to return your items. Get your parcel issues sorted hassle-free anytime at over 5,500 Ninja Points.
