Ninja Restock

Fast, reliable and cost-effective resupply for businesses.

Keeping your stores well-stocked

Empty shelves lose sales, while overstocking ties up capital. Keeping stores well-stocked is a tricky balance requiring demand forecasting, agility, and a data-driven approach to navigate efficiently between sales and storage costs. Of course, this includes the delivery process from warehouse to warehouse, warehouse to store and store to warehouse. Below are some of the challenges that retailers face.
Limited coverage

Local providers typically operate only within a limited area, causing difficulties when restocking distant stores.

Inflexible restock schedules

One of the challenges of using local providers is the inability to increase restocks during peak sale periods.

Poor or nonexistent tracking

A common challenge when using peer-to-peer (P2P) providers is the lack of visibility on your orders.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

Most logistics providers require you to hire a whole truck or at least achieve a high minimum volume per order.

Long lead times

Without an extensive logistics network, resupply runs can become stretched, risking stockouts and lost sales.

Under or overstocking

Under or overstocking can result in lost sales opportunities or additional storage costs.
