We have restrictions on certain items for safety and legal reasons. The following items are restricted or prohibited for shipping, and the sender agrees not to tender any of the following items for shipment, including but not limited to:

• Arms, weapons, ammunition, knives, and explosive articles, including inflammable articles and oxidising agents.
• Narcotic drugs, drugs taking tools, and psychoactive drugs, precursor chemicals, and toxic substances.
• Biochemical, epidemic, and infectious materials.
• Radioactive substances.
• Illegal counterfeit products, such as counterfeit or altered currency, marketable securities, certificates, and official seals.
• Currency and negotiable securities.
• Articles that infringe intellectual property rights and counterfeit and shoddy products.
• Animals and plants, especially endangered wildlife and their products.
• Drugs or other articles hazardous to human and animal health that may spread disease from infected areas.
• Cigarettes, tobacco, tobacco products, and liquor.
• Valuables, including artworks, antiques, gems, and precious metals, including gold.

We offer convenient coverage within Klang Valley (KV) with daily deliveries. We also deliver to Penang and Johor Bahru (JB) daily. Pickups can also be scheduled from these same areas.

No, a sturdy cardboard box is fine if your items are already chilled/frozen at pick-up. For extra insulation, consider a styrofoam box. Refer to your product's packaging.

• Packaging must be sealed: Ensure your package is securely sealed to prevent leakage or contamination.
• Suitable box materials: We recommend using sturdy cardboard boxes, styrofoam boxes, or insulated foam packs for optimal temperature control.
• Max weight and dimensions: Packages cannot exceed 25kg in weight and 50cm x 63cm x 38cm in dimensions.
• Minimise empty space: Use void fill materials like packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or foam inserts to minimise empty space within the box. This helps maintain consistent temperatures and prevents items from shifting during transport.

We prioritise successful deliveries and make reasonable attempts to get your package to the recipient. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will make two more attempts over a four-day period. Our team will also contact you to discuss alternative arrangements if necessary.

Shipping costs are determined by the distance your package travels. Here are some starting prices to give you an idea:

• KV to KV: Prices start from RM17 for deliveries within Klang Valley.
• KV to Penang/JB and vice versa: Shipping between Klang Valley and Penang or Johor Bahru starts from RM22.

Absolutely! Our refrigerated vehicles can maintain a range of temperatures, from -20°C for frozen goods up to 25°C for moderate chilling. We'll work with you to ensure your specific temperature needs are met.

No, Ninja Cold uses refrigerated trucks and vans with controlled temperatures for all cold items, ensuring an unbroken cold chain for freshness.

We utilise a diverse fleet specifically designed for optimal cold chain logistics. This includes:
