How can I sign up for the Ninja Cash Dash promotion?

Simply complete the sign up form provided above and specify the milestone you would like to join. This would indicate your interest in participating in the promo.


*You can still continue shipping and complete higher milestones, all the way up to 3,000 parcels to claim the maximum incentive of RM1,200.

How do I know if I have successfully signed up for the promotion?

Upon successful creation of your account and shipping your first parcel, you will receive an email containing further details about the promo.

When do you start counting the 90 days?

The 90 days period would start from the date that you shipped your first parcel with us.

How would I know if I am eligible to receive the cash bonus?

Upon reaching your milestones, you will receive a congratulatory email, which includes details about the payout.

When will I receive the cash bonus?

We will arrange to process the payout once you have reached your milestone. The whole process will take up to 60 days.

Otherwise, please get in touch with our friendly shippercare staff via NinjaChat or speak directly to your dedicated account manager. If you are using the Ninja Biz app, you can also use the in-app chat function to speak to a live agent quickly.

Where’s my parcel?

To track your parcel, simply click on the tracking page and key in your order’s unique tracking ID. Our system will show you its latest status.

My parcel is late.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please reach out to our shipper care staff or email us at shippercare_my@ninjavan.co.

If you are not a shipper but a recipient, please email support_my@ninjavan.co instead. 

Otherwise, you can also call us at +60 111 722 5600.

Does Ninja Van offer return deliveries?

Yes! Return deliveries will be charged based on parcel size. Kindly reach out to your account manager to arrange for a return delivery.

Can I arrange deliveries on Public Holidays and Weekends (i.e. Saturday and Sunday)?

Yes you may! We deliver 365 days a year, from 10am to 10pm, except for gazetted holidays.

Can I make an international delivery?

Currently, we are able to support orders from Singapore directly. For delivery to other countries, please check out our international delivery service page instead.

What happens if no one is at the delivery location to receive the parcel and the delivery is unsuccessful?

We understand that there are times when your customer may not be able to receive the parcel. If the first delivery is "unsuccessful", our driver will do a delivery re-attempt on the next working day.

Please note that Ninja Van will make 3 delivery attempts in total (i.e. First attempt followed by 2 re-attempts). If all 3 attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned back to you with no extra charge.
