Through this partnership, Ninja Van became the logistics provider for 100% of the company’s South Luzon cross-dock requirements, while also supporting deliveries to NCR, North Luzon, and Visayas.

Result

Ninja Van has successfully delivered the FMCG company’s products to over 300 modern trade doors, including leading retailers, with the capacity to scale deliveries to around 700 doors across the Philippines. The company also increased cost savings by at least 30% on less-than-truckload deliveries which allowed it to pay only for the space used—maximizing efficiency due to co-loading and optimized routing for multiple drop points. On top of this, it now has more control on its distribution and has better knowledge of when its goods will arrive.
