When can my customers receive their orders?

For Ninja Dashboard users


To track your parcels and view estimated delivery details:

1. Log in to the Ninja Dashboard

2. Click on ‘Tracking’, search for the order using the tracking ID, recipient name, or contact number

3. Click on the selected tracking ID to view the estimated delivery details


If the recipient is unavailable and cannot receive the parcel on the first attempt, parcels will be rescheduled for the next working day.

  • Two (2) delivery attempts only - Ninja Packs parcel
  • Three (3) delivery attempts only - Regular parcels


Once the delivery attempts max out, parcels will be returned to sender (RTS).
