How do I delete my Dash or Ninja Biz account and associated data?
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account settings
- (Ninja Biz only), Click on the banner with your username at the top.
- Scroll down and click "REQUEST TO DELETE ACCOUNT".
- Confirm the same on the pop-up.
- You will be redirected to the confirmation page with all the information and the timeline of the request.

Once you are done with the process, our team will review your request, and your account will be deactivated, and delete your data. To re-activate your account, please contact the Customer Support team.
