Special instructions: If you’re subscribed to NinjaChat, you will receive a link to add special instructions when you receive the delivery notification for your parcel.

Please note that some senders may opt out of contactless deliveries and require your signature upon delivery. Kindly ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel and provide their signature.
