If driver failed to pickup my parcel, what should I do?

Don't worry! Ninja Van will attempt the pick-up again on the next working day. We make a total of 3 attempts to collect your parcel.


Heads up: If pick-up fails after 3 tries, your order will be cancelled.  Contact the seller to discuss next steps.
