The delivery cost will be calculated based on the following factors:

- Parcel weight

- The type of service

- Additional fees may apply if there is a change of address

Weight Calculation Policy

Charges are based on the parcel’s actual weight, rounded up to the nearest kilogram.
Examples:

• A parcel weighing 0.8 kg will be rounded up to 1 kg, and billed at the 1 kg rate.
• A parcel weighing 1.09 kg will be rounded up to 2 kg, and billed at the 2 kg rate.
• A parcel weighing 1.75 kg will be rounded up to 2 kg, and billed at the 2 kg rate.
