My delivery status is ‘Completed’, but I don't think I have received my parcel. What should I do?

If you did not receive your parcel but the order status is ‘Completed/Successfully delivered’, please try the following:

  1. Check if a neighbour or family member collected the parcel on your behalf.
  2. Check if the delivery address provided is correct. 
  3. If your address has a guardhouse or reception, please check if they received the parcel on your behalf.
