Where can I contact my rider?

In order to see your assigned rider’s contact number, you can check your e–commerce platform/application for the contact number reference.

In case your e–commerce platform/application does not show the rider’s contact number, please do not hesitate to contact our Ninja Van Customer Service through any of the channels provided below.

Your parcel’s assigned rider will also notify you once they are within our delivery area.

Important Note: Please take note that your parcel must be “Out for Delivery” to get the rider’s contact information. Otherwise, we cannot provide any contact information yet.
