For security reasons, we do not allow our customers to pick up parcels directly at our station hubs.

If you wish to self-collect your parcels, we offer Ninja Points where you can pick up your parcel instead of waiting for delivery to your address.

Important Note: Station hubs allow direct collection of parcels on a case-by-case basis (e.g., if the customer’s delivery address is in a critical or inaccessible location and the rider cannot reach their area).
