Pickup or drop-off options:

• Scheduled pickup - If you would like our driver to do a doorstep pickup from your stated address. Requirements here.
• Drop off at PUDO outlet or No pickup needed - If you would like to drop your parcel(s) off at one of our 800+ Ninja Points island-wide. Requirements here.

Pickup details required:

• Address - The address that the driver should pick up the parcel(s) at (if you’ve selected Scheduled pickup).
• Time - The date the driver should pick up the parcel(s) (if you’ve selected Scheduled pickup).
• Volume - The approximate space required for the parcel(s) (if you’ve selected Scheduled pickup).
• Return address - The address we should return the parcel to you if required (if you’ve selected Drop off at PUDO outlet or No pickup needed).

Order details required:

• Ninja Pack ID [for Ninja Pack orders only] - The tracking ID on the shipping label that has been pre-pasted on the poly mailer. <include image of the packs TID>
• Estimated size - Estimated size of the parcel, based on the dimensions and weight here.
• Weight - Weight of the parcel, including the packaging.
• COD ($) - Amount to be collected from the recipient, for cash on delivery (COD) shipments. The COD service is chargeable at 3% of cash collected or SGD 1, whichever is higher.
• Insured value - The standard liability is at SGD 100. Values higher than SGD 100 inputted will incur a premium of 1.2% of the stated value, with a maximum coverage of SGD 2,000. Not available for Ninja Packs.
• Requested tracking ID or Source order ID - Preferred tracking ID, if any.
• Parcel description - A brief description of what is in the parcel (e.g. 1x t-shirt, 2x books).
