How do I create return orders?
- Go to Ninja Dashboard.
- Click Create order or New order.
- If it’s your first time creating an order, please verify your phone number.
- Click Create a return order.
- In the Pickup from customer section, enter the pickup details required.
- Click Save & continue.
- In the Return to sender section, enter the delivery address and delivery instructions (if any).
- Click Save & continue.
- In the Order details section, enter the order details required.
- If you have more than one order, click Add another and repeat Step 9.
- Click Save & continue when you’ve added the information for all the orders.
- In the Review section, check that all the information entered is correct, and click Confirm to submit them.
