What are Ninja Packs?

What are the sizes and dimensions of Ninja Packs?
Ninja Packs are available in white and red pouches (16 x 12 inches).
What is the weight limit for each pouch?
There is no weight limit! Ninja Packs are all-you-can-fit. Fill them up as much as you like - if you can seal it, we’ll deliver it! Please follow our packaging guidelines to ensure the safe and smooth delivery of your parcels.

How do I make a payment for my ordered Ninja Packs?
We provide a cash on delivery service wherever we deliver so you never have to worry about cash collection again.
How much is a Ninja Pack?
Ninja Packs are sold in bundles of 5 and priced at P400 (RED, for within your pick up province deliveries) and P750 (WHITE, for outside you pick up province deliveries). It is equivalent to P80 per Ninja Pack for within your pickup city, P150 per Ninja Pack for outside your pickup city.
How long do I have to wait to receive my Ninja Packs order?
For Metro Manila Shippers, they will be delivered to your recipient within 2 to 3 working days and within 3 to 7 working days for Provincial Shippers.
Can a shipper return/exchange Ninja Packs?
Packs purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Do I need to write anything on the Ninja Pack?
No, only the information provided on Ninja Lite Dashboard during the order creation process is used. However, we recommend including the recipient’s basic information on the Ninja Pack for you and your recipient’s reference.
Do I need to print out an air waybill/consignment note to use Ninja Packs?
No, Ninja Packs do not require an air waybill/consignment note. Only the QR code on the packs will be used for sorting and delivery.
Can I send goods outside of the Philippines using Ninja Packs?
No, Ninja Packs are exclusively for domestic deliveries within the Philippines. For international deliveries, you can find out more at our International Deliveries page.
Do Ninja Packs have an expiry date?
Yes, every Ninja Pack comes with an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase. You can request for an extension, provided that your Ninja Pack is still in good condition and its QR code is still visible.
Delivery and Tracking
Which areas can Ninja Packs be delivered to?
Ninja Packs can be delivered to all destinations within Metro Manila and in provinces around the Philippines, with a few exceptions.
When will my customers receive their parcels?
Typically it takes 2-3 working days for Metro Manila and 3-7 working days for Provincial.
The recipient wasn't around to receive their parcel. What happens next?
Every Ninja Pack comes with 3 free delivery attempts. If the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful, we will attempt to deliver 2 more times. In the event of 3 failed delivery attempts, the Ninja Pack will be returned to you.
How do I track my Ninja Pack parcels?
Track the status of your Ninja Pack with its tracking ID via the tracking page.
If Ninja Van loses/damages my parcel, will I be reimbursed?
In accordance with our Ninja Packs Terms and Conditions, in the event the contents of a Ninja Pack are lost or damaged as a result of Ninja’s poor handling of the Ninja Pack and subject to Clause 4.b., Ninja Van shall be liable for no more than the value of the parcel or PHP 2,000, whichever is lower. In the event the shipper does not follow the proper packaging guidelines and the parcel was damaged, Ninja Van will not be liable for any reimbursement of the said damage nor a replacement of packs. The reimbursed amount is inclusive of the cost of the Ninja Pack used and no replacement pack shall be provided. To claim liability, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with:
- The damaged pack's tracking ID
- Pictures of the damaged pack and the goods it contained
- Original invoice to certify the value of the goods
As per the Ninja Packs Terms and Conditions, the maximum amount to be refunded is PHP 2,000, inclusive of the cost of the Ninja Pack.
